“As a professional photographer in Dallas, I rely on my computer and backup drives to keep our client’s images safe for years to come. We use several drives to keep copies of all edited and unedited images in duplicate. One of my 8T drives wouldn’t let me in one day; it kept saying something about needing an admin. I contacted the manufacturer, and they told me to wipe the drive and start over with it. Several other photographers told me to just throw it away. I had the good fortune of being referred to Texas Communication Services by our home movers in February of this year. My wife and I, beyond middle age, were overwhelmed by the complexity of moving our computers, televisions, DIRECTV service, and landlines while in the process of “down-sizing”. Raul Escalante and his business partner, Scott Donihoo, arrived on the scene and literally took total control of the process and made the transition go perfectly. They actually packed up our computer, printer, and other peripherals and transported it all to our new home, where they set it up just like it was, with the exception of several improvements. They set up our new Wi-Fi, dealt with the AT&T people, and got our phones and our internet set up with appropriate coverage so we have service throughout the house.
The DIRECTV people arrived and had no clue what needed to be done. Raul and Scott spent several hours helping them get it figured out. I truly believe that we would still not have TV service without their involvement. They have helped us out on several other small issues over the past few months. Their service is outstanding.
